American actress Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge. She started her career in support roles in the teen comedy films Big Fat Liar (2002) and She's the Man (2006). She later played reporter Willa McPherson in the FX series Dirt and had a supporting part in the short-lived show The Ex List. In the very first season she starred in the role of Moira O'Hara in the role of an untried Moira and in the second season she played Kaylee. She was Jessie Anderson's character in the AMC series The Walking Dead. Sophie was her role in NBC's This Is Us. She voices various characters in the show Family Guy, an animated comedy. She is currently voiced by Melinda "Mel" Monroe, a character on Netflix's show Virgin River. Breckenridge was raised in Darien in Connecticut. She moved to California with her mother when she was of 10. They went through a few moves before eventually settling in Mill Valley. Breckenridge began to become interested in photography, acting, and singing at age 13. At the age of 15, she relocated with her mother back to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career
